If you really believe Trump is Hitler, why not use extralegal means to stop Hitler? If you think Trump will set up camps for all Liberal Americans and gas them by the millions, wouldn’t you do anything to stop him? This is why I fear assassination by bomb that will kill hundreds (Trump supporters are whacked out cultists—like the SS) MAGA is the New Nazis—so all is fare to rid the world of them, their wives and children too. If you buy the propaganda that Trump will end Democracy (and not just the Liberal Left) you would almost be remiss in not trying to kill him or stop him any way you can. Because if you do that, you just open the door for the next Democratic Socialist to Waltz right trough. Hitler could have been easily stopped by the knowledge that he was born in Austria, and was NEVER eligible to be Chancellor of Germany. Hitler had the entire village of his birth shelled and everyone killed to cover it up. They never needed to be ‘extralegal’ to stop Hitler, they just needed to follow the existing laws.
We are no longer a nation of laws, or even a Constitutional Republic. The treatment of Trump by the NYS courts, the FBI, the illegal appointment of Jack Smith, the defiance by the AG for Congressional oversight, Biden money give away against the courts, demonstrates all of these facts. Yet, with all of this criminal behavior nobody really does anything.
Hitler had great economic ideas. Hitler was a genius at picking people who were good at government, even if they were terrible people. Biden understanding of economics stops with his corruption and his family corruption. Trump’s ability to pick competent people is at best questionable. Neither Trump nor Biden are going to be Hitler. That being said, we have a real problem with good men standing up in Federal Government.

Exactly. The only mea culpa the FBI will offer is "mistakes were made". The court should demand to know exactly WHO tampered with the evidence, and then charge them with criminal contempt AND dismiss the case.
Without cover sheets, the classified documents seized from Trump’s property would be revealed through through the photographs without them.
This isn’t new information. It was part of the original statements by the DOJ after the search.

Only recently did DOJ admit agents brought the sheets with them ostensibly to use as placeholders within a box. Then DOJ admitted they placed the cover sheets on files and took photos.
This is NOT how DOJ initially represented the sheets or the photos.
The photos released were presented as being *in that very condition* when photographed. It was staged by the FBI. Do try and keep up.
I put in “of themselves” because cover sheets can be used for good (e.g., for documenting the documents), or ill (like MISUSING the cover sheets in a dirty trick, to prejudice the public against Trump). As you say, the Feds could have put false fronts on anything (and probably did) for their faked “document perp walk”.
Creating cover sheets at M-a-L would have been easy. The Feds need only have brought a laptop (or tablet or smartphone) and a portable printer. Add a few specifics to cover sheet template documents, then print them then and there.
Thinking about this made me wonder: wouldn’t the FBI have brought security-credentialed photographers to systematically photograph and/or video each room, then each box in each room, then each document or other items being pulled from each box? This would establish a very hard to refute chain of custody for everything seized. Where is it?
Assuming they haven’t already, Trump’s lawyers should demand production of digital copies of ALL photos and videos made during the raid (preferably mirrored images of the entire drives/devices that recorded them in the first place). If the DoJ/FBI said no such pics/vids were made, they should be hammered for NOT having made them, and thus having no provable chain of custody. If Jack Smith has evidence that would make his cover sheet/mis-filing problems go away, I’m guessing he would have mentioned it by now.
