Guilty of what? He's not a US citizen, he did not go to US to commit crimes, he didn't pay for the information, etc. If he is guilty, so are all of our media, like NYT.
I guess if 'guilty' and no fine or prison, just close this, fine. Maybe Trump can pardon him in January.
