Tesla sued for 'systemic' racism at its Fremont, California plant
The Register (UK) ^ | Fri 21 Jun 2024 // | Brandon Vigliarol

Yet another lawsuit was this week filed against Tesla citing a "systemically … racially hostile work environment" at the company's Fremont, California plant.

This one's even widening the envelope to include similar allegations of bad behavior at Tesla's battery "megafactory" in nearby Lathrop, CA.

For anyone who has followed previous racial discrimination accusations against Tesla at Fremont, this latest complaint [PDF] filed this week in California's Alameda County Superior Court won't sound particularly original.

The 14 Black, Hispanic and Latino plaintiffs in the case, who worked at either Tesla's Fremont or Lathrop facilities, allege they were all were targeted for discrimination, claiming they were called derogatory names and subjected to racist graffiti, and say both occurred on multiple occasions. According to the lawsuit, anyone who spoke up was retaliated against with measures including disciplinary actions, bullying, transfers, increased hostility and wrongful termination.

Musk must get out of California. And if he has anything in New York, get out. You saw what NY did to Trump. And also DC. The Dems did this to Tom Delay and Rick Perry because of a fanatical Dem Prosecutor in Travis County, which is Austin, the Capitol of Texas.

Systemic, politically motivated abuse of our legal system?

I see California plant closings...

...and moves to "red" states.

(And not just Tesla, other California companies, large and small, now just might feel increased legal jeopardy for fictional crimes and have yet more reason to pack up and leave at the earliest possible date.)

I remember was Ted Stevens of Alaska being indicted prior to his re-election. Conviction was later overturned and the Democrat federal prosecutors were actually held accountable.

None of this lawfare by Fascists/Marxists in the USA is new. It’s just out in the open now that they control the DOJ completely.

Prosecutors Face Penalty in ’08 Trial of a Senator

Mr. Stevens, Republican of Alaska, was charged during the Bush administration with failing to report that an oil services firm had remodeled his house. He was convicted just before the 2008 election and lost his seat — briefly giving Democrats a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate, which enabled them to pass the health care.

The Democrat/Communist Party authority/secular religious cult that has surrounded California with an "iron curtain" does not, will not and, in reality, can not abide anyone or anything that dares question much less fails to acquiesce completely to their totalitarian principles.

Anyone who has study world history even for half a semester knows we have seen this many times throughout the world and throughout history. While it always -- always -- eventually fails, during the totalitarian reign of government control the death toll, of the human spirit and as well as physical, is of a truly astonishing magnitude.

Musk to move Tesla facilities out of lawsuit-happy California in 3...2... He’s already relocated a lot of business to Texas.

Wouldn’t surprise me if he moved operations overseas at this point.

Musk needs to take the rest of the jobs, facilities - and the taxes he pays - out of California.

What is the effective difference between “Hispanic” and “Latino” people?

That is a difference with no difference.
