Plenty of room to disagree about that; I’m sure no expert. I don’t think the feds should go anywhere near it of course, but it seems someone being under a restraining order makes it a bit of a special case...not unlike preventing convicted felons from voting.

and how many men have ended up with restraining orders against them because some crazy woman and maybe a friend or two of hers lied?

How many lefty judges, knowing the man has guns, would be more than happy to place a restraining order simply because they hate gun ownership?

Seems the rest of the supreme court justices haven’t noticed all activist the judges doing leftist activism these days.
