I wonder if that includes all the airports, dr offices, and hospitals that force feed people that stuff.
Unlike some folks around here who rant against the evils of the airline industry, but haven't set foot in an airport for decades ...
I still regularly fly commercial.
I haven't seen CNN in an airport for several years. The formerly ubiquitous CNN supplied CNN-all-the-time displays vanished all about the same time.
CNN Airport was a separate channel, never included in ratings, as it was not the same as home CNN. It’s out of business for quite some time. Couldn’t compete with airport wifi.
A few years back the VA in Lexington used to show CNN while waiting for your pharmacy order to be filled. Then the VA sent out a survey of how they were doing and they actually let you write it some comments. I let 'em have it.
I wrote something like, "Dammit, we're VETERANS and we don't like to be subjected to all of this forced constant anti-Americanism all the time ... ".
Surprisingly really, they stopped showing it. Sometimes it helps to complain I guess.
