People still have to realize that FDR committed a pretty serious infraction with interning huge numbers of American Nisei during WWII. IMO, the same thing goes with Johnson and Gulf of Tonkin...

Yea if the court says there is no immunity, then we can bring both Biden and Obama up on charges also, and as for FDR and Johnson we can do what the Pope did to Wycliffe.

Wycliff died in prison in 1384, but by decree of the Council of Constance, the Catholics had his remains dug up 44 years later in 1528, and burned him to ashes in 1528. This was accomplished under the command of Pope Martin V.

So you see, there is precedence for such a thing.

"1528" should be "1428."

According to his biography on Wikipedia, Wycliff suffered a stroke while saying Mass in a parish church on Dec. 28, 1384, and died on Dec. 31, 1384...so he did not die in prison.
