These people are loonies. If you shoot a few of them dead while they're conducting their destructive behavior, they might decide it wasn't worth defacing historic sites or paintings.

Just did a search for their names. I thought the old man looked Indian. Their names and age are Rajan Naidu, 73, and Niamh Lynch, 21. Wouldn't surprise me if those two were back out on the street already.
