Well, yeah, he does play havoc on the back, but still....it is a good excuse for going outside. Should you need an excuse. LOL!
There are plenty of reasons to get outside for a bit and they don’t make my back ache.
Or cover me with grass. I came in, fed the cats, fed myself, and now it’s time for a shower. I was too hungry to shower before eating supper. LOL
