I might be OK with Friedman’s plan, if we test it first by Friedman living as a civilian for a year in Gaza. No weapons and no bodyguards. The problem with the “plans” of hoity toity intellectuals is that they have never been punched in the face or even heard a gun go off.

The more this guy runs his mouth, the more he proves himself totally irrelevant.

Friedman showed how irrelevant he was in 2004, when he wrote a book named “The World Is Flat: A Short History of the Twenty-First Century.” With just the title he made two errors; he claimed that the world is flat, and he claimed that he knew the history of this century, when it had only begun.
