That’s funny. I thought that expecting people to be able to read was considered racist. Didn’t Oregon drop high school reading requirements for high school because such requirements discriminated against Bipods or Bipocs?
All you have to do is look at the school districts in control of RATS, and see what the literacy rates are, to put that lie to death.
