Conservatives are always CRITICIZING the public schools for not effectively teaching basic skills, especially to blacks, and for lowering standards to mask the schools' failure. And what is this "oath" we are all supposed to have taken?

That’s funny. I thought that expecting people to be able to read was considered racist. Didn’t Oregon drop high school reading requirements for high school because such requirements discriminated against Bipods or Bipocs?
