There is a side of my city along a main, historic thoroughfare gone ghetto that my city is trying to "revitalize." They sent out an invitation for a survey on how this could best be done. I was honest and told them to ban Section 8 housing and lock up all the drug addicts and dealers. It didn't go over well. They want to flush millions down a toilet.
