According to The World Almanac, in 2019 there were 16,669 victims of murder and non-negligent homicide. (That jumped to 21,570 in 2020.)

I wonder if the FBI is including Hispanics as whites in their figures.

Yes, for the most part since most Hispanics would be "white Hispanics". The link I posted has murders broken down also by Hispanic and non-Hispanic. But that's in another section where they count that as ethnicity separate from race. It's analogous to them also breaking it down by sex of the assailant and sex of the victim. But they don't break down race and ethnicity and sex in one section. In other words, we don't know how many of the whites in black-on-white or white-on-black murders were Hispanics and how many weren't. Just like we don't have the numbers on white males murdered black females or vice-versa.

in the FBI they do not differentiate between Hispanic and white to skew the numbers

I think the FBI reports Hispanics as white, but many local police departments report Hispanics as nonwhite. And the date from these reports are sometimes mingled, creating a problem.

I think I read that on Takimag, in one of Steve Sailor's articles. He often covers the racial aspects of crime.
