Yes, for the most part since most Hispanics would be "white Hispanics". The link I posted has murders broken down also by Hispanic and non-Hispanic. But that's in another section where they count that as ethnicity separate from race. It's analogous to them also breaking it down by sex of the assailant and sex of the victim. But they don't break down race and ethnicity and sex in one section. In other words, we don't know how many of the whites in black-on-white or white-on-black murders were Hispanics and how many weren't. Just like we don't have the numbers on white males murdered black females or vice-versa.
Remember how George Zimmerman was labeled a “white Hispanic” although one of his grandmothers was half African and half indigenous Peruvian. So he was one-eighth black (the same amount as Homer Plessy of the famous “Plessy v. Ferguson” civil rights case). But the media wanted him to be seen as white.
