While I don’t want ANY federal oversight over elections, I would like to see a standardized method of voting that emphasizes ID, little to no mail it voting (except for military serving overseas), and paper ballots. No more electronic voting.

The constitution enumerates the States and Congress to define the time and manner of voting. There is no enumeration of the executive branch to do anything regarding voting other than enforce the laws passed by Congress.
