Agree with your report, but absolving Merchan of all responsibility and instead blaming “The System” is wrong. “The System” is comprised of ideological extremists and Juan Merchan is a very powerful member of it.

I agree the entire case is a travesty and as a member of the legal community, it stinks to high heaven and anyone involved ought to be ashamed and investigated.
That said, if for some reason, the judge took himself out of it, some other judge would be assigned, and something would take place.
This makes it more important that the American people re-elect President Trump. We can’t allow a bunch of far left sh*thouse lawyers to jail their political opponents with America’s totally screwed up LAWFARE “justice system”. President Trump can get it back on track.

If Trump returns to the White House they will be quick to claim credit for helping him. The next day they will start working to undermine him.
I’ve been convinced from the beginning Merchan will sentence him to jail and order his immediate incarceration, before he can file any appeal. He knows this whole sham will be overturned, they just need it for optics. He’ll eventually become a legal analyst on CNN or MSDNC.
