I fail to understand the “mass incarceration” and “overcrowded prisons”. I have seen the footage. There is not nearly enough incarceration. Either that or incarceration isn’t a deterrent. What would be a deterrent?
THEY EMPTIED THE PRISONS DURING COVID.
I AM PRETTY SURE THEY ARE NOT YET FULL AGAIN.
