The attorney asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit against Giuliani and Robert Costello “without prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.” Attorneys for all three parties have agreed to the stipulation, court documents show. Why in the world would Giuliani's attorneys agree to this stipulation? Hunter KNEW that the laptop was genuine, and the data released by Giuliani was genuine, so he knowingly filed a false lawsuit accusing Giuliani of manipulating data.
Because Hunter Biden knowingly filed a false lawsuit, Giuliani's legal costs should be born by Biden, not Rudy.
