Hunter Biden is dropping his lawsuit accusing Rudy Giuliani and the former New York City mayor’s ex-lawyer of manipulating data found on his infamous laptop.
Biden’s lawyer Abbe Lowell filed the stipulation for dismissal Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The attorney asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit against Giuliani and Robert Costello “without prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.” Attorneys for all three parties have agreed to the stipulation, court documents show.
The lawsuit claimed that Giuliani, 80, and Costello violated the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act when they allegedly hacked and manipulated data on the abandoned laptop in a “total annihilation” of the disgraced first son’s “digital privacy.”

Why in the world would Giuliani's attorneys agree to this stipulation? Hunter KNEW that the laptop was genuine, and the data released by Giuliani was genuine, so he knowingly filed a false lawsuit accusing Giuliani of manipulating data.
Because Hunter Biden knowingly filed a false lawsuit, Giuliani's legal costs should be born by Biden, not Rudy.
I believe there is ample evidence for Rudi to countersue if he hasn’t already Not to mention the Trump 2020 campaign, Miranda Devine, et al.
Time for the good guys to start recovering their losses because of this scumbag . . .

I would guess Rudy can not sue directly for attorney fees as part of the agreement to drop the suit.
BUT, I would guess he could take it from another direction and sue for slander, liable and possibly Hunter committing perjury here?
Guiliani is now bankrupt as a result of all the lawsuits and phony indictments from Democratic prosecutors. He will probly die deep in debt. Yet history will remember him kindly. He will be known as the man who uncovered and made known the traiterous corruption of Biden and his family. His efforts also resulted in the New York Times and most of the traditional media forever losing their journalistic integrity. thety so desired that this corrupt man Biden become President that they absolutely refused to report or investigate not only the Hunter laptop, the corruption that it documented but they also ridiculed or ignored the Biden corruption Guiliani uncovered in Ukraine. If that corruption was prosecuted by an honest DOJ, it is not unreasonable to reason that the entire bloody war in the Ukraine could have been avoided through negotiation.
Guiliani is not unlike many preachers and prophets throughout history. Correct in his arguments but ignored and disparaged in his lifetime.

It was a nuisance lawsuit paid by Biden donors to further financially ruin Rudy. Some Republicans have gone deep into the Biden family finances, who needs dozens of LLCs (?), but the UniParty will never allow Joe’s crimes to be prosecuted because they all are doing the same financial crimes.
