Good catch.
“I think Trump may just surprise us and not pick from that list after all.”
Agree. But I do like Ben Carson.
“I think it is going to be either Stephanik or Rubio, with Scott a third option.”
All terrible. I think PDJT is fully aware that Scott was in bed with Dianne Feinstein’s girlfriend, that Rubio is solid Deep State and would betray him in a heartbeat, and that Stefanik has a NY lib streak.
it will be the person least talked about as a possible vp by the talking heads. I am hopping that trump picks some one with the idea of carrying on the fight after he leaves office...I don’t think he needs a VP that will give him votes. at this point I think that there are verry few that are undecided and even fewer decided that can be persuaded to change their vote. at this point it is getting everyone to vote in numbers....my hope is Vivek for VP.
GET REAL!! Have you NO BACKBONE?? NO FORWARD THINKING??? THIS IS WAR! Kennedy.....STUPID!
I like her also! Still hoping for VIVEK!
Pretty good lacks considerable precision
When you only have one term, you can either accept that you're a lame duck and practice putting in the Oval Office all day or you can push hard all day in all directions because you only have four years to do what you need to do and every minute counts. Everyone knows that Donald J. Trump will not be practicing his putting. He is going to bring it bigly.
That means the next thing you look for is handling intense pressure because it's going to be there from moment one and a lot worse than last time around. The first Trump term, the left knew that they could count on Judas Pence and Sessions which allowed them to focus more on Trump. Maybe Reince Priebus wasn't the best chief of staff, but they needed to install Kelly to really tighten the grip. This time, they have to actively hammer those three positions and they relentlessly will. The three people in them must be able to withstand and move ahead with what needs to be done.
Can you imagine what they would do to POTUS Trump if he selects someone who they love? I can and I will not be a part of electing a person the other side is comfortable with. I pray POTUS Trump picks a VP with his ideology and backbone!!
I will not vote for Biden.
The real winning ticket is Trump/DeSantis. That may just be the ticket he announces to the surprise of many.
YOU ARE A TROLL, AND NOT A BRIGHT, FORWARD LOOKING THINKER!!
LOL!
If that were to happen, I will have lost all faith in Trump’s powers of discernment. He knows better. He didn’t know better in 2016, so he gets a little skate on that. But he knows better now. He gets “The Snake”. If he continues to pick bad people — people that he knows FOR SURE will betray him (because they already have) — then there’s a problem.
I love DeSantis. But that's a waste of DeSantis' skills.
A Vice President is useless.
Gov. Glenn Youngkin puts Virginia in play. If we win VA, it is game over in the Electoral College.
This is the correct answer. Do your research on Youngkin. He is somewhat similar to President Trump in his non-political background, and understands the numbers. He is a personality opposite, which is good too, but not a pushover. He’s done lots of good things in VA.
Plus, as Andy has said, if VA goes red, this shit is over.
PS - Andy, I lived in CH a LONG time ago....actually a little west near Dodsons Crossroad. I bleed Wolfpack red and don’t like baby blue. ;-)
Only 4 yrs as VP then 8 as president. That’s a no-brainer.
Not the best move for DeSantis to become President by becoming the VP. Better for him to wait on the sidelines.
Keep in mind, Byron Donalds is on his ‘short list’ and he would also be subject to the 12th amendment restriction so they must know there is a way around that.
