I find this funny, but I’m way way over 35. Fancy way of saying “we have the right to refuse service”, but this is age discrimination, only in reverse.
In the 70s there was a bar in State College, PA that carded at the door and would not admit any male over 30, no limits on women.
They employed several Penn State football players as door checkers and bouncers so they didn't get much push back.
