The First Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against a middle school student who wore a T-shirt displaying the message, “There are only two genders.”
As Breitbart News reported last year, middle schooler Liam Morrison of Nichols Middle School in Middleborough was asked to remove his “There are only two genders” shirt.
The incident first occurred on March 5 when Liam Morrison was pulled from gym class and asked to remove his shirt because other students were allegedly complaining and did not feel safe, as first reported by WPDE. The seventh grader was told by a staff member that his shirt was “targeting a protected class.” Morrison said he would not change his shirt, and the school called his father to pick him up.
During a Middleborough Public Schools board meeting on April 13, Morrison shared his experience with the intention that the school district should show more support for students’ First Amendment rights. The video was picked up by Libs of TikTok and received more than 127,000 likes on Twitter.

The First Circuit includes the Districts of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico and Rhode Island.
What are the odds its an ideologically captured court?

There should be a mass set of complaints by any and all students that do not feel safe around the queer propaganda.

Actually, there are three genders: male, female and neuter. They taught me that in Junior High School English class. I guess they don’t have Junior High School anymore. Or English class.
If true why do sicko-trannies only chose to convert back and forth between male and female?

The shirt should’ve read, “God created only 2 genders”.
Or, “By nature, there are only 2 genders”
Or, “Other than 2 genders, is unnatural, or defective’.
Had a college student come to me once upon a time to complain about a fellow student wearing a t-shirt that had offended them. Looked at the shirt and busted out laughing because it was funny. Told the complaining student that they might want to consider another line of work and/or grow a thicker skin because this sort of thing is fairly prominent in the field of automotive technology. Of course this was years ago and I’d probably get reprimanded in today’s upside down world.
It seems most are that way nowadays.....
