The definition of a felony is “any crime for which you COULD have gotten a year or more in prison.” That’s a very low bar. Lots of felons never do any time. Should they lose a constitutional right for a crime that minor.?

Government doesn't have "rights". Government, in the USA, has legitimately delegated constitutional authority (and illegitimately seized unconstitutional power). So ... what legitimately delegated constitutional authority do the Feds have to impose a "gun application" on We the People?
