As strong as that force may have been for Delaware's citizens to let Hunter off the hook, it merely takes a hint of understanding how strong is Barry Soetoro and friends' desire to see Joe step away from the race so Barry can name the successor puppet.
I think it's for show. That way the dems can claim that the rule of law still exists in this country and nobody is above the law.
Then they'll give him a ridiculous sentence like community service and/or probation and after it blows over, they'll get a pardon from someone, or a mistrial will be declared or it'll be over turned on an appeal.
