Not as Trump or Rep King (Iowa) defined it. The fact that Vivek's parents were here legally when he was born doesn't change the fact that his birth was to non-citizen parents (at the time).

This is how many of us FReepers have interpreted the 14th Amendment's citizenship clause, which IMHO is an amendment to Article 2's Section 1's NBC clause for President to make sure that's interpreted correctly as the founding fathers intended.
