I'm seriously thinking of moving him from a trustee to a beneficiary so that is no longer a problem. The entire govt. process is bullshit!

I agree. Suppressors should be for sale in clear clam shell packages sorted by caliber and muzzle thread pitch. The only paperwork should be the receipt for the money paid to the merchant for the merchandise.
