I was in a meeting at work, however, I have seen a few clips posted of it. That speech was an absolute disaster, even by his standards. He went from yelling, to mumbling several sentences together, trying to read a quote, getting lost mid quote and just completely changing the subject all in the course of like a minute.
It’s no wonder they called the lid and sent him back to Delaware after that. Who really thinks he’s going to actually debate Trump. That should’ve been a perfectly scripted, friendly audience, but he couldn’t even do that
