It should not matter, out of hate or not. To me something that is not otherwise illegal cannot be illegal purely becase hate was a motive, and something that is illegal to begin with should not be “more” illegal because the motive was “hate”. The “victims” of a same basic offense deserve EQUAL justice for a crime, no matter the motive. THEIR due justice is not greater or lesser merely due to the motive.

“Hate crimes” are paving stones on the road to ending freedome of speech where “legal” speech becomes a purely politically derived determination.

I love the democrat inclusivity and all of us should join the groups that support the DEI. We should participate in all manner of DEi support and democrat party activities.

I think the psychology works more like this. The Offended Class, the LGBT’s, the BLM, the Left in general, need to be offended.

Yes! I've been saying this for years. We *NEED* to find out how to offend liberals, and *KEEP* them offended! They need to be in a constant state of anger and humiliation, and the world is not right unless these people are miserable and disrespected.

This is an excellent way of determining what should be done in any circumstance. Does it anger liberals? No? Then it isn't the right way to go. Figure out something that makes them angry, and do that!

That was my first thought when I read the article. Also what about oil and other fluid leaks damaging the mural? My take it should be on a wall or a advertising sign, not on the roadway..
