Three Washington teens could face ten years in jail after being arrested for making skid marks on an LGBT rainbow road mural while riding e-scooters.

what law says putting skid marks on a public highway is a felony offense with a ten year prison term?
BS!!
LOL...”SKIDMARKS”...LOL
“If every American defaced these crosswalks, they’d stop painting them.”
I think the psychology works more like this. The Offended Class, the LGBT’s, the BLM, the Left in general, need to be offended. The perceived oppression is the only thing binding them together. The more oppression they can garner the bigger, louder and more effective their voices are. If there is no oppression, if there is no outcry against them, then they cease to exist as a political group. This is why there are so many fake attacks against them. Because the public at large simply finds them and their causes irrelevant, so the public response is, “meh.” If there are no attacks, if there is no outcry against them, then they create it. This is the only way they can survive as a political group. This is why the punishment for this ridiculous infraction is so outlandish. The serious punishment is to emphasize the importance of their cause and the hideousness of their oppression. No one in their group will consider the punishment meted out as adequate. Even death will not do. This is why some terrorist groups burn people in cages, to emphasize how important they and their causes are.
Seeing things like this let’s a person know that insanity rules. “Good is bad, bad is good”
Paint on asphalt? Art.
Skid Marks on paint, not art?
I’m glad those teens had the courage to exercise their 1A rights. Hope they inspire more rejection of the failed culture being sold by the Left.
Hope these kids are let go without a felony hanging over them. Absurd level of punishment given the billions of dollars damage from BLM protests- especially when it appears no one was held accountable for it.
Best education ever.
So they painted a public road that was built with taxpayer dollars and now the public can't drive on it?
If it’s not supposed to have tire marks on it, why put it on the street? Is it simply to jail people?
Russian name.
Washington state has, or used to have, the second largest Russian immigrant population in the USA.
Metropolitan New York City has, or used to have, the largest.
My question is how do you paint anything on the road and NOT expect it will eventually get skid marked?
Is there any evidence these kids did it out of hate? Not that it really matters. You paint colors on the road and kids will play. It’s just paint on the road. As you said it’s not really a monument and if you wanted to protect it you wouldn’t put it in the middle of an intersection
Geez. This turd world country is really screwed up. You can kill someone these days and get a maximum of 8 years. Run over a fag symbol and you get 10 years. I knew this was going to happen once the Nazi politicians legalized drugs. The BLM fags sure screwed it up when they had the dumbass politicians painting pictures on the roads like a bunch of Head Start rookie kids. ROADS ARE FOR SKIDMARKS!!! GAS STATION TOILET WALLS ARE FOR FAG MURALS!
Why would Khamas do this?
America is dead. The collapsing carcass that remains in the space is increasingly Satanic.
It isn’t communists. It’s Satanists.
Excellent post, I failed to think about what inspires and motivates these fringe/outcast groups.
I’d imagine the best response to their actions is conditional on personal risk (job loss, criminal charges, etc) and whether or not it drives their need for victim status.
America is heading for a cataclysm
As a motorcycle rider I know all about how slick those painted pavement stripes can get when it rains. For some reason the reverence for that flag on some people’s part reminds me of another time in history when all were compelled to worship another flag..one with a curious cross like design.
And paintings in the museums.
