Is POSSIBLE (not probable) that Pelosi herself didn’t refuse Trump’s multiple offers for security. I’ve heard that it’s really the staffers who run the show at the Capitol. Maybe a staffer refused in a way that Trump inferred it was from Nancy herself.
A staffer could sabotage both Pelosi and Trump in one fell swoop.
