I was recently online looking up some info on "women's problems" and noticed that a lot of medical sites (specifically, Cleveland Clinic) use the phrase "Women and AFAB persons".

AFAB is Assigned Female At Birth.

No one is "assigned" his or her sex. God formed us in our mother's womb the way he willed us to be. God created us perfect according to his sovereign will. No matter how hard someone may try, he or she will never never be God.

The word “assigned” implies there is an element of judgment involved in the determination of sex at birth. It’s a bogus characterization as the visual confirmation of sex organs combined with a blood test affirming with certainty whether the individual is a male or female makes the final determination a confirmed scientific fact.
