Ajudge in New Jersey ruled that about 1,900 mail-in ballots that were prematurely opened have to be counted and accepted in Atlantic County.

Superior Court Judge Michael J. Blee ruled Friday that the prematurely opened ballots will be counted in the county's primary race. This decision could determine the outcome of the state’s 2nd Congressional District Democratic primary.

One official testified that there was chaos with too many workers sorting ballots, leading to disorganization.

The left deliberately introduces chaos and incompetence into election ballot tabulations and then take advantage of that chaos to cheat. Opening mail-in ballots early lets them know how many votes their preferred party needs to win in close races.

Why have election laws and rules if you can just get a judge to overlook that rule (most often to benefit the left)?

I am finding that Judges have WAY too much power to just make %41t up.

Voting should be extremely standardized, with no wiggle room for those who can’t get it right.

For the cheating Left, Chaos = Opportunity.

It's always been the achilles heel of the republic. The founders set up the executive and the congress to be real checks and balances but didn't really give the judiciary any actual role but did give them lifetime tenure, so of course a judge decided to just take one and declared the SCOTUS the final say on all laws. And judges just declaring something that they made up has come way back in fashion lately. The least accountable branch with no checks on it's power has the most power.

makes sense.

The system developed by the founders was fine and devised to be implemented by rational moral people. Unfortunately rational moral politicians are getting scarce.

Mail in ballots are an EASY CHEAT situation. And the chaos theory makes a lot of sense.

Judges seemed to think state law doesn’t mean anything. They are the law.

Our modern judiciary little resembles the judicial system of common law juries deciding cases, even on appeal. The Anti-Federalists most feared the federal judiciary. They predicted that it would destroy the common law jury system. They were largely right. The judges declared themselves supreme over the juries, and now about 1% of civil cases are decided by a jury.

I am not a super-hero and I am pushing some years BUT I feel certain that I, alone, could verify the integrity of the signatures on those ballots and legitimately verify their lawfulness!

All ballots, and only those ballots, that are cast by lawfully registered citizens should be counted. It shouldn't make any difference when or how they arrived BUT they must be legal ballots!

I thought NJ was a blue state?

If so, why does Deep State have to steal its elections...? 🤔

Because that is why it is a blue State?

We’ll never know without audits, will we...

And we won’t get the audits.

Blue states, my gluteus maximus.

Here’s the deal.

Our state populations are red.

Our legislatures are blue.

And we’re no longer a republic.

The marxist began attacking common law in 1913. One of Woodrow Wilsons handlers was actively proposing to get rid of common law. The marxist's were able to eventually pass the Enabling Act of 1934 which empowered the federal courts to set up new rules of procedure that was also eventually adopted by all the states in the US by the early 1980s. Check in to what a demmur used to mean prior to 1934.
