The liberal left news media keeps complaining about the plight of 1 million Gazans in danger. But no matter where the IDF goes in Gaza, they're under heavy fire from Hamas terrorists, as shown by the rescue mission to free the 4 hostages. Terrorist guns and rockets found everywhere. I suspect there are many more than 8,000 Hamas terrorists among the Gazan populace. Could be 100,000 for all we know. Along with a million "civilians" supporting the terrorists. The IDF should keep killing all the combatants until no more weapons are found, no negotiations until then.

The whole Gaza operation with all of tunnel-clearing reads like a contemporary replay of the Mobile Infantry’s assault on Klendathu from the Heinlein novel “Starship Troopers.”
