Do you have anything concrete to support your statement about the NYSC not contacting Merchan without first verifying the poster-juror relationship, or is that just your presumption?

I was keying off of comments from talking heads at Fox, so I don't have a link.

Subsequent discussions make me wonder whether this is true....but it sure seems like one week after the fact, that would have been the appropriate reaction.
