Donald Trump has reacted to a viral video of President Joe Biden freezing in a half-bent position during a ceremony on Thursday marking the 80th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, France.
In the video, Biden is seen on stage with French president Emanuel Macron, who remains standing as Biden awkwardly bends down, as if to sit.
Biden then holds the squat position, before bobbing up and down slightly, apparently unable to decide if he will sit or stand.
As a voice on the loud speaker announces that US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is about to speak, First Lady Jill Biden raises her hand to cover her mouth, seemingly trying to whisper something to her husband. Macron's wife Brigitte looks over to Biden, appearing concerned.
As the ceremony concludes, Jill guides Joe off of stage. He appears to walk stiffly, gripping her hand tightly.
The clip has prompted wild speculation online, with some raising concerns about Biden's advancing age.
The President – who turns 82 in November – has been known to make publicly embarrassing gaffes at big events, including trips and falls.
Asked about his take on the video in a TikTok interview on Thursday, former President Trump said: 'He goes over to France and something happened and it's not good, I don't know what it is.'

Weird that people believe this theater production with Biden long gone, so give that man an Oscar. Definitely a pant load we’ve put up with being pulled over people’s eyes.
Stupid clickbait headline, Trump said he DIDN’T know what it was, “but it wasn’t good”.
After rewatching, I think Biden was starting to sit (at the wrong time as usual) and Jill said no, not yet. He froze and bobbed because he’s mentally disabled and can’t make sense of sudden instructions.
I thought he was ill and about to collapse when I first saw it.

It was so sad to watch my mom’s physical strength waning in her late 70s and dementia setting in. It was especially hard when mom would say “When I get better.” I never had the heart to tell mom the obvious.

Yep. He starts to sit down, then thinks to himself “I wonder if there’s a chair under me?” Oops, no chair and he stops in the half-way down position. How pitiful is that?

Okay, so maybe he was trying to sit down.
The question is WHY did Jill then escort him away from the ceremony? Then Macron had to jump in and fill in for Joe.
Did the Vatican send up brown smoke?
Probably needed a nap. Jet lag and all that.
Having watched the clip a little longer, he was clearly going to sit down before it was time to sit down. He noticed that he was the only one trying to find his chair, then Jill did the old pretend to scratch your face to cover your mouth to tell the old decrepit criminal to stand up, it’s not time to sit. He did sit shortly thereafter, as did the rest of them. I think everyone knows to be somewhat watchful of him, and that’s why Macron and his wife/mother seemed concerned.
Now, as to why he had to be whisked out of there by his sitter, Jill, leaving Macron to mingle with the Veterans, is a mystery. That may have been an unintentional dropping of a bomb. It could also be that they were told they had to be first at the next stage of the ceremonies, so they knew full well they needed a good head start lol.
