Yes: With a final fate.
yep
If I were an ambulance driver and was taking a criminal thug who got shot while committing a crime and was in critical condition, I would be inclined to take the scenic route to the hospital.

Police said 25-year-old Marco Leyva told officers that he was with his wife and their baby daughter when he stopped at his business. Leyva said a man got inside the truck, followed by a physical altercation, and then he shot the man. He died a short time later at a hospital.
Oh, I forgot the part about it being at night. I do recall that was in the thing I read about it, long ago.
With the guy in your car with your baby and wife and assaulting you, I think that would be a reasonable shoot most places. Even if you don’t see a weapon.
It happened at around 9 pm. I see that sunset was around 8:20 pm, so that helps in Texas with the various rules regarding self defense and/or defense of property at night.
Don’t mess around in Texas with a guy’s family.
Thank you.
It does not say what type of business the business owner was in. And the owner’s name was not in the source article posted on FR.
But the details put out by the local police office, clearly show the business owner was protecting both property and life and life of his wife and baby.
I don’t know a single man in Texas who would not protect his family.
Click Bang.
Some people just need to die so innocent people can live a little safer. This guy was one of them.
Good riddance.
Sounds like Mr. Gimeedat didn’t read up on the laws of Texas... What a cryin’ shame... for him, but not for civilized society.
“Interesting choice of words.... Is that like a deathly death? A noisome noise? A flammable flame? A stinking stinker? A spare spare?....”
It was an interesting phrase.

The Castle Doctrine.
That’s good to know. Thanks for posting.
Hey man, what better way to celebrate gettin’ out of the slammer than to steal a truck? Keepin’ it real!
Liberals: 'If we had Truckstamps, he wouldn't have carjack a truck. Ban guns and give out Truckstamps to the poor.'. 🤓
[shortly after being discharged]
He had just gained his freedom; for a short while.
Why not trade that new freedom for immediate crime?
Makes perfect sense.
Well, he won’t do that again. One less criminal off the streets.
Permanently.
