We also used to say “Welcome to California. Now go home.” Everyone forgets that we used to be a fairly conservative state, and still mostly are except for the Bay Area and So Cal, then all the fruits and nuts from other states came here for our climate and beautiful scenery, bringing all their liberalness and messing it up for native Californians. Now they’re heading to other states to do the same thing to them.
Everyone forgets that we used to be a fairly conservative state...I'd say we were a fairly libertarian state when I was I kid here in back the 60's and 70's. It was alive and let live, mind your own business kind of place.
Now it's like one big HOA and Karen is the HOA President.
