Methinks ‘twould be far more simple to name the gubmit agencies that are not corrupt than the billions and billions that have been proven so.

Any suggetions?

I think this has to do with the SEC trying to thwart collection efforts on the $1.6M judgment. If the judgment is only against the SEC the creditor can only go against SEC assets in Utah. If they have no assets here the creditor would have to incur additional legal fees and time to get a judgment where there are assets.
