I haven’t seen any transcripts or anything specific, but the early reports seem to indicate that the prosecutor is going all out. I thought they might just sandbag the case to get it over and get a not guilty verdict. But they’ve already put some damaging stuff out there.

It looks to me they tried to throw the case in Jury Selection. You can’t have this Jury by chance.

The obvious inference being if he was found during the exchange, all layers of LE would let him go and collect points from Joe.

Wasn’t a problem in EITHER of the NY based trials for Trump (the Bragg BS case, or the even more stupid E. Jean Carroll trial).
