In my Air Force years....they offered up free condoms at the base clinic...but they were the cheapest you can find.

I don’t care about this gimmick...you’d be talking about roughly 20 Euro for a 3-month supply. Not going to bankrupt the country. What I am surprised about...starting at 17 (probably should be by age 14 for the Irish).
