I mean, it’s textbook.
Tortious interference is a common law tort that allows a plaintiff to claim damages against a defendant who intentionally interferes with their business or contractual relationships and causes harm. This can happen in a variety of ways, but the most common example is when a defendant encourages a third party to breach a contract with the plaintiff.
