“SCOTUS wont take up a case before it has gone thru the federal appeals process...
This case will go thru, the NY State appeal process.”
Florida 2000 sparky.
This has immediate direct national importance.
I believe you are right. And not because this is about Trump. Its about the very obvious destruction of our judicial system and how that will in turn deal a mortal blow to the country. The SC may in fact be the USAs salvation in this case.
What we in our family can’t understand are the cowardly Republicans In DC who only started whinging when the vast $$ came pouring into trump within 48 hours after the verdivt, and the sheer numbers of everyday people began openly supporting him. It should have been the entire GOP from the beginning of lawfare-not the scant handful!!! Don’t these Rinos understand, doesn’t the GOP understand, if this can be done successfully to Trump, what’s keeping them safe? What happens to them when we no longer have a country?
thanx.
from your lips to God’s ear. I’m just guessing.
Not sure how Bush v. Gore would be a precedent here.
As a due process case ? equal protection (that was Bush v Gore because of the FL SCOTUS Decision to order all counties to recount undervotes - where each county had different standards.)?
I am watching the Megyn Kelly show right now from a couple of days ago and it’s a hum dinger.
Watchin & listening to these experts I still don’t have a feel how this gets into the Fed system much less
how it gets to SCOTUS in this case.

Bush v. Gore was a petition from a final judgment of the Florida Supreme Court under 28 USC 1257. SCOTUS won’t have the same jurisdiction in this case until there is a judgment of the NY Court of Appeals.
