A private citizen had subdued the knifer. This cop pulled the citizen off, turned his back to the knifer and tried to handcuff the guy who had subdued him. That’s when he got stabbed.

It looked like the cop was restraining the victim when he was attacked and then the female cop was going to handcuff the victim.
