Yep.....hoodies and masks (made commonplace by the Scandemic) are the de rigueur of their culture. The best thing to do is to correctly assume they’re all strapped and carry your own for protection.

Trump was the best friend blacks could have had in the White House. Trump wanted to bring industry back to America. There would have been good-paying factory jobs in the inner cities once again.
