Twenty-seven (yes 27) 27 people shot just after midnight at one location on Kelly Avenue near 8th in Akron. Akron police say of those 27 one is dead. They have no suspect info and are asking for tips.

I looked up the many crimes people were sentenced to DEATH for in the American Colonial time. one of them was stabbing or shooting another in the act of any crime. Does not matter if you killed or not..just ATTEMPTING to stab or shoot someone was punishable by death.
IMO we could use some of that now.

If more people are shot than are killed, it’s a black thing.
If more people are killed than shot, it isn’t.
It was somebody disreputable, but still, it looks to be true.
I think he said if more people are killed than shot, the shooter is white, but nowadays that can’t be assumed.

Perhaps on paper, but actual regulation requires enforcement, which I presume most of these cities are afraid to do. America was designed for self-regulation. Unfortunately, many people in the country are incapable of that.

I've never seen it (or even heard of it), so looked it up. It was made before they were even CALLED music videos! Wiki says "..it was the forerunner of what was later known as the music video." It is GREAT!
