The celebrants would be wise to think twice before mounting this trophy kill on the political wall. The Trump trial is a target-rich environment for an appeal, with multiple layers of reversible error, in my view.
I am less convinced by suggestions that the case could be challenged on the inability of Trump receiving a fair trial in a district that voted roughly 90 percent against him. The problem was not the jury, but the prosecutors and the judge.

I searched the appellate and supreme court sites. Saw judge pictures but not that group.

20 of the 21 Justices on the First Department Appellate Division were appointed by Democrats and all but a couple of them are lifer government or left-wing NGO employees. Trump finding three votes out of five to overturn every count is impossible. MAYBE he can get an reasonably long sentence overturned but I think that they’ll be happy with 5 years, 3 with parole.
There’s a bit more balance on the Court of Appeals, but against, odds are long that they’d spring him.
Very unclear there are any federal Constitutional issues that would easily allow the Supreme Court to grant cert.
More likely than not, Trump does time.

That was the description I saw of the picture. I’ve only seen the picture once or twice.
Top law firms will never work for a Trump. Their bread is buttered by the complexity of existing code and difficulty of achieving tort reform - conservatives represent an existential threat to their existence.
