You may be right. We won’t know until we are put to the test. Which I hope doesn’t come but nowadays nothing should surprise us.
In Washington D.C., if you are a 1/6 person, you have zero chance of beating the case at trial, the Feds know this and offer a short sentence or a massive sentence if you lose at trial.
You’re right, nothing should surprise us about what the Democrats will do, we had better get used to the idea that Trump will be sent prison or possibly house arrest.
I seriously doubt the Judge or the NY Court System, will let Trump stay the sentence pending appeal.
The #1 goal of the Democrats is to keep Trump off the campaign trail, they want him in prison, if after the election his case gets overturned, they don’t care so long as they can kneecap his campaign.
