Noted attorney Alan Dershowitz said on Thursday that he doubts a New York appellate court will overturn former President Donald Trump’s conviction in his Manhattan trial.
…he believes appellate judges will be reluctant to overturn the jury’s decision because they might be biased against the former president.
I don’t think it would be reversed by the appellate division,” Dershowitz continued. “These are judges who are terrified of being perceived of as helping Trump in any way. Don’t know whether or not the New York Court of Appeals in Albany will have the ability to not consider the impact it will have on individuals as judges.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the judges were afraid of physical harm. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if one or more of the jurors were indirectly, or directly, threatened if they should vote the “wrong” way.
They lowered the bond, bot the fine, to date.
Do you think they will know to look for the DNA? The whole point is to do it on the sly. But I don’t honestly think anyone would do such a thing. It is so beneath us.
SCROTUS will run backwards from this they are so afraid of being accused of being biased. At the rate we are going I expect SCROTUS expects they will be dismantled if they don't toe the line. The three branches are disappearing to one quickly.
Only a few smart people understand the real danger in lawfare and this political witch hunt in NY. The courts in NY have become prostitute and for sale.
Do you expect that there is any real possibility for a fair impartial hearing in NY? They must back the courts or admit that they have allowed them to go this far with injustice. Supporting Trump would be to admit they have all made a huge mistake and miscarriage of justice.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they got him where they want him and they’re not gonna let go. And as far as the supreme court justices, they will decline to even listen to this case. That’s why the Democrats have been putting heavy pressure on the Supreme Court justices of late… The fix was in looong ago and planning stage behind closed doors has been in the works for months and probably years . They even selected the most left-wing communist little Marxist to be jurors.. Sickening isn’t it?! But it’s gonna boil down to one thing, because there is no law on the face of this land that will remedy this without a grueling fight at the ballot box .
