I'm not joking, this is a real post from a real city in Canada promoting a real leftist holiday called Menstrual Hygiene Day.
City of Victoria
Today we join efforts to reduce the stigma around periods & work towards menstrual equity. City Hall will light up red & display the period flag on our community flagpole.

So are we to celebrate menstruation?
Is it ok to ask girls if they are on their period, or ask when it’s due? So we can celebrate it? Have menstrual parties as we have birthday parties?
Will this evolve so that any bad behavior or crime by a woman is excused because she was on her period at the time?
“City Hall will light up red & display the period flag on our community flagpole.”
Vladimir Putin: Please conquer us !
“I think of a man, and then I take away reason and accountability.”
I bet they’ll be no street crime.
yours: What happened to Canada?
mine: Canada is showing the signs of its unfortunate geography being located adjacent to USA
WHEN IS THE PROSTATE FLAG COMING???
Charlie Daniels would have to revise his song: “This Ain’t No Flag, It’s a Rag.”
There’s that word equity again. In other words they want to get big $$$ for their periods.
I assume almost all are never-married or divorced.
This is disgusting. What next? Used tampon bumper stickers and arm patches?
It’s just a matter of time.
Maybe baseball team members will be forced to wear a big, full color prostate patch on the front of their uniforms.
Any refuseniks will be labeled Prostate-phobes and benched.
No my screen name is based on the 1936 film Captain Blood starring Errol Flynn.
I wonder what Victoria’s “Nocturnal Emission” flag looks like?
This is crass beyond words.
Our society and culture is becoming so debased, it’s almost unfathomable.
Big Mike don’t need no flag.
Nice to see them broadcasting warnings about their mental illnesses.
Great film, one of my favorites. I also enjoyed the novel.
The last time I visited Vancouver, in the summer of 1965, it was like visiting England—old England, not today’s Muslim state. There were no racial or ethnic minorities except expat Englishmen, everything was very orderly, and we saw no urban blight.
I went to Vancouver a few years ago. Never saw so many bums in my life.
