You know damned well that joesbucks claims that this trial was fair, goes WELL beyond anything you listed above.
Nearly every single expert on trial law says it absolutely was not, and only rabid partisan liberals say it was.
Furthermore, this sort of Stalinist Show Trial has turned off many in the moderate Republican / moderate Democrat community. That joesbucks denies it, paints him clearly as a rabid liberal. He needs to go.
While some have indeed been warned or banned for being an NeverTrumper, I might not be so quick to do so, if they were conservative on other topics.
But to be so completely at odds with reality, and attempt to gaslight the forum in a rabid liberal fashion -- as joesbucks does -- absolutely warrants a ban.
